Personnel maintain genuine friendliness overall, and the venue truly tries to help when issues arise, like the team member who tracked down a visitor's lost phone on the circuit. However, one group reported some awkward behaviour when they were racing in a competitive but respectful manner, so personality clashes occasionally happen with certain individuals. The venue itself definitely deserves credit for delivering good racing experiences most of the time, with plenty of challenge and excitement built in.

Track is good, staff are pathetic. Attended with 3 others, 2x sessions. First session was great second session staff didnt seem to like my mates and I enjoying ourselves in a competitive and respectable manner, manager sent out staff member in a kart that had been tuned for higher speeds. Staff member proceeds to over take and brake check myself and others in our group. Will not go back due to staff behaviour.

friendly staff. great fun for every age group. my daughter lost her phone on the race track. took the guy working on the counter a while to get it back. tyvm. will go back again soon.

Well organised, good karts, challenging track. We could see they had a mixture of groups going through and they managed them all really well. Obviously the karts all differ (we did 3 sessions) but there were no duds - just slightly different performance / under or over steer. We reckon that's part of the challenge! Plenty of helmet sizes available and a printout of your times at the end of 'racing'.

Went for my sons birthday, was fantastic, staff were very friendly and helpful. A lot of safe fast fun!!

This used to be a great place for me and my mates or family to have a race but lately any time you're pushing to go quicker and accidentally slide out or touch the barrier you're treated as a criminal. What used to be a place that you can push to improve your speed and test yourself has now turned around and asked me and my dad to leave (on Fathers Day) because we simply had a crash which is part of racing. My little sister also got her cart slowed down after the staff judged her as sliding too much which was deemed as 'dangerous'. If you want to take your kids to play then go here but if you're looking for some good racing and a place to improve yourself i suggest looking elsewhere.
