Had a horrible experience today, staff didn’t seem to want to work and the place felt very dull. Not to mention the prejudice that was displayed today myself and 2 kids. Honestly disappointed. I saw power play across the street will be taking my son and daughter there instead.
I came here for my friend’s 16th birthday and was really looking forward to a fun session, but the whole experience was disappointing. The race kept getting stopped while the timer continued running, which felt unfair and frustrating. The staff were rude and unprofessional, and when we asked simple questions, we were met with dismissive and hostile responses. The session was overcrowded, poorly organised, and the karts didn’t feel well maintained. For the price we paid, it definitely wasn’t worth it. I hope they improve their staff training, fix the timing system, and organise sessions properly, but based on this visit, I won’t be coming back.
Loved the experience here, better than the one in Bayswater. Great customer service, the staff was very accommodating and friendly. They also offer additional attractions such as arcade, laser tag, pool tables, events venue and more. I am definitely returning again in future.
