had an amazing experience at OZ Ekarts! The karts were in excellent condition, the track was exciting, and everything was really well organized. What stood out the most was the staff — they were friendly, professional, and went out of their way to make sure everyone felt safe and had a great time. Their guidance made it easy for beginners while still keeping it fun and competitive for experienced drivers. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend OZ Ekarts to anyone looking for a fun and memorable day out!

Been here twice. Booked 2 junior sessions each time for my son. First session went fine. In my last booking, the kart in the 2nd session was either low on battery or clearly something wrong with the kart. I saw my son press the pedal flat out and cart wouldn't change the speed through out the lap. Also his time was 10s slower on average then his previous session. I told them about the issue post the sessions and one of the guys on the track told me they ll go and check the cart. Waited for 10 minutes and he never returned. Then another guy working there asked me if something was wrong. I explained to him the issue. And he went to the cart and said it was normal. We compared lap times and everything but they just didn't want to accept that there was a problem. So I had a chat with the reception girls and they just tried to ignore the issue. Mid conversation, the same guy calls one of the girl and they have a private conversation. I assume it was about this issue. She comes out and say karts were fine. No accountability for their faulty equipment. Instead of accepting the issue, they just tried to ignore it without any reasonable explanation. I am a reasonable person and understand these things happen but them being so immature and lack of accountability for their equipment tick me off. Hence the rating. Another safety thing. They let some of the visitors fly a drone over a live track. The drone was about 5 ft above the karts. Should not be allowed.
