About Eastern Creek Karting
Eastern Creek Karting operates an outdoor petrol track near Sydney's western suburbs on Peter Brock Drive. Multiple visitors have flagged significant concerns about the facility's current condition and maintenance standards. Karts described as noticeably old and slow don't match the website's promises of fast, high-performance machines at all. Track maintenance appears substantially neglected, with visitors reporting noticeable rough patches, genuine potholes, and bumpy sections throughout that feel uncomfortable and potentially unsafe during racing. Brake quality and steering responsiveness have drawn complaints from multiple racers, with some finding the accelerator stiff and controls feeling locked up and difficult. Multiple guests mention feeling genuinely disappointed by the gap between advertising and the actual racing reality. Staff reportedly refused refunds for unused sessions, creating additional frustration on top of poor experiences. Given the consistent feedback about worn equipment, poor track conditions, and service issues, shopping around before committing your money seems really wise.

SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME. I normally don’t leave reviews, but my experience at Eastern Creek Karting was so bad that I feel obligated to warn others. First of all, the karts they advertise online as “fast” and “the best” were the complete opposite in my experience. The karts we were given felt old, slow, and nothing like what the website promises. If you’re expecting high-performance karts, you’ll be very disappointed. The track itself looked poorly maintained. There were noticeable rough patches and pothole-like sections that made the whole ride uncomfortable and honestly a bit unsafe. Customer service was the final straw. We paid for 3 sessions, ended up doing only one because it was that bad, and when we asked for a refund for the unused sessions, the staff and even the manager refused to help. The attitude we got was unprofessional and dismissive. Overall, my visit felt like misleading advertising paired with terrible service. I strongly recommend future customers think twice before booking, because what you see on the website is NOT what you get based on my experience.

Tried Eastern Creek Karting yesterday and honestly, it wasn’t great. The track had tons of potholes and wasn’t paved properly felt bumpy everywhere, and I got bounced out of the seat a couple times. Brakes were weak, no seatbelts, accelerator was super stiff (hurt my foot pressing it), and the steering felt locked up my hands were sore after. Could barely drift or turn without fighting it, so every corner just felt off and unsafe. The only good thing is it’s outdoors, but that’s about it. I’d skip this place, especially at night go for electric karts somewhere like Entertainment Park instead. Way smoother and actually fun.

Yesterday my friends and I had a go-karting experience that left a sour taste. We had booked two 10-minute sessions, and in the first round, my friend had trouble with the kart, saying it stopped abruptly and the tyres 🛞 were worn out. I had a similar experience, but with a different kart. In the first round, I was given kart number '23', which was excellent, and I completed 11 laps. However, in the second round, I was given kart number '13', which was a nightmare. The engine kept switching off, and the technician had to run to the track to kick-start it. Where I loose the time on the track and irony is they don’t compensate that loss of time providing additional time for you, for their poor maintenance we are paying the price. The track was also poorly maintained, with patches and bumps that made it difficult to control the kart. I felt cheated because I had performed well in the first round, and the staff seemed to have given me a subpar kart on purpose.

My boy turned 8 and has been looking for a karting course around Sydney that provides a proper race course and speedy kart for his age. His first experience at this venue was great. Huge track and nice Cadet kart for his age. Most importantly all the staff were professional and very nice. Shout out to the experienced gentleman that presented my boy with a trophy and made him feel on top of the world.
