Absolutely fantastic Year 6 Formal experience! We recently held our Year 6 Formal at Extreme Go Karting Sydney, and I couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. From the moment we arrived, the staff were organised, welcoming, and incredibly accommodating. They made the entire event run smoothly and ensured the kids felt safe, excited, and well looked after. The students had an amazing time on the track, and the team kept everything running efficiently. The atmosphere was electric, and the kids haven’t stopped talking about how this was the best formal ever! Thank you to the Extreme Go Karting Sydney crew for helping us create such a memorable send-off for our graduating Year 6s. Highly recommended for any school event or celebration!

Great place to come with friends and family along with great customer service. Shout out to Moey and Matissam they were lovely to talk to in between our sessions. Will definitely come back again

For a first time experience go karting, coming here was great. The staff were super helpful, one offered to go on with mom for a lap if we wanted to make sure she was comfortable driving. The track was good, I mean I don’t have anything to compare it to but definitely easy to manage for a beginner with a reasonable degree of difficulty. I would definitely go again. Thank you so much!

Birthday invite - Extreme hot day - staffs are inexperience to cater the service with needful stuffs like turning on aircon and prepare for the children who are riding . Rude to prepare children while ready for Go kart . Briefing done under the hot Ceiling rather than inside in cool room. Which they are taking 30 mins extra . Thus the race started at 1610 rather than 1530 . Place itself was small compared to to pricing . Kids had fun while some was not ready for second go due to staff behaviour.

this place sucks! I’m only 12, and I experience the worst service ever. There was this one guy screaming at me and the other kids, and talking to every kid rudely. I was very disappointed, it was my first time going go Karting, and had the worst service. As a 12 year old, I shouldn’t be coming on here complaining, “the service is terrible .” Other than that it was okay. The other people were very nice though. I am very disappointed and disgusted how your staff treats others. Not only that, but especially kids who were aged to 8-12. One of my friends cried because of a staff shouting at her. Please train your staff how to treat people with respect and kindness, and also fire and get new people. I will not be coming back after this experience that happened to me. Like I said, I’m only 12 writing this whole paragraph, of how shitty your staff treats people. Please do not come on here, and say and whole paragraph of apologies. I want that staff fired, or train him properly. I’m only a minor! And getting treated badly. I hope you take this feedback, and do something about it. All my friends has been informed not come here. How he looked like : tan, male, curly black hair and looked like he was in his 16 - 18. Thank you for spending your time reading this. - Ivy
