About Hyper Karting

Hyper Karting sits in a car park at Moore Park in Sydney and serves up electric racing with real diversity. Multiple circuit configurations let visitors try different layouts, adding variety that makes repeat visits worthwhile. Karts respond well to driving, with a boost system that actually makes a noticeable difference to the experience. Reception staff are excellent; professional, clear, and thorough at getting you oriented from arrival. Parking around the venue is plentiful, making access easy. The circuit itself is well designed and enjoyable to drive. However, some visitors have noted frustration with overly cautious on-track management; too many people at once can mean heavy speed reductions after any incident, which kills the flow. Sessions can devolve into waiting rather than actual action. Early morning visits might avoid heavy traffic. Cleanliness standards stay high, and the venue clearly wants to deliver genuine fun.

Had an amazing time at Hyper Karting Moorebank! The track is fast and full of adrenaline, perfect for anyone who loves racing. The karts are well maintained and give a real thrill. Staff were super attentive, friendly, and made sure everything ran smoothly. Highly recommend for a fun, high-energy experience with friends or family.

Very clean and well-maintained venue. The staff at the reception desk are excellent: professional, clear, and well organised. You’re guided properly from the moment you arrive. Another big plus is the parking — plenty of spaces around, which makes access very easy. The track itself is well designed and really enjoyable to drive. The fact that there are several possible configurations is a great idea and adds variety, making you want to come back. The karts are also fun to drive, especially with the boost system, which actually makes a noticeable difference and adds to the experience. However, I’m removing two stars because of the on-track management. There are often too many people on the track at the same time, and there doesn’t seem to be any real level grouping. Basically, if someone crashes or gets stuck somewhere on the circuit, everyone is instantly penalised: the karts are heavily slowed down, overtaking becomes impossible, and the whole session loses its rhythm. It quickly becomes very frustrating. If you end up in a bad session, you get a few seconds of fun followed by long minutes of waiting. Overtaking is already difficult, and as soon as you try to apply a bit of pressure to drive properly, you get told off straight away. I fully understand the safety aspect, no problem with that, but it feels like it’s pushed to the extreme. A bit more freedom, still controlled and safe of course, would make the experience far more enjoyable and actually drivable. I’ll probably come back to give it another chance, most likely early in the morning to avoid heavy traffic.

We had a great time at the Battlecart and VR as a family. Neelesh at the VR centre was very accomodating as our Go Karting session went over and we had to reschedule the VR. The Go Karting brakes on the adult race track were way too sensitive so pressing them was giving us a very jerky experience. A little 5 metre practice before the race will help. The kart at the battlecart was super smooth and a whole lot more fun. Battlekart is what we are planning for next time as we had the most fun here.

Highly recommend Battle Karts. Two adults and two children had an absolute blast. The team members were extremely helpful. Special note for amazing customer service skills of Devon who helped us navigate through a booking issue and made sure we were all looked after. Will Definately be returning!

Took our son to hyper kart for the first time with no expectations as he’s usually not tall enough to go on them. However, boy was this place FUN! They have 3 tracks for different age / sizes and he has had the best time ever. I don’t know how I’m going to get him off the karts now. Rohit was our attendant and he was AMAZING! He was great with our little man & was so friendly & patient with our little man. Thank you so much for your assistance, kindness & great experience!!! We will be back.
