I had a group booking for my husband’s 70th, we had an 11 & 14 year olds, they were catered for and we had 17 to 71 year old’s in the 18cc’s and 125cc’s which were great fun. The staff were amazing, all young people and they could not of been any more helpful. We had an amazing day and would recommend Picton Karting to anyone.

We did a Grand Prix event for my son’s 33rd birthday. It’s a very professionally run location. The staff are great and attentive. We felt safe, well instructed, but still able to race within reasonable limits. Excellent IT have is great lap time feedback, and our party of about 15 guys had a great time. There is also an electric Kart option for kids from 4 yrs old, and two of my grandchildren really enjoyed that as well. I recommend this place for a great go karting experience.

We were looking for something to do for our son’s 10th birthday to help fill his day with fun. We had an awesome morning at the track. The karts were great and ran flawlessly, and the track is fantastic. The staff were excellent and polite and paid attention to every detail, and our boy had a ball. We will definitely be going back for more fun.

Attended the popup kart event in Lithgow. The track is not normally open to the public but it is an excellent venue and long track. We had an awesome session and Picton Karts were brilliant. I would recommend that these events are a great opportunity to go karting.

I give it 4 stars but our experience was not as good as that because the timing didn't work - and with a group of 12 that was a tremendous compromise on our experience. Apart from that, the biggest problem is the track layout and in particular a chicane before the hairpin onto the straight. This forces a single line before the hairpin making it impossible to overtake and making it dangerous because when you follow slow drivers closely you have no idea when they are going to brake. Fix this and it will be a thousand times better. A secondary problem is that the brakes have no feel and very little retardation, making it tricky when slowing down for the corner at the end of the straight. Besides the obvious thing that the brakes should be better on the grounds of safety, they have an annoying practice of having a young kid pull you over after a spin caused by locking your rears to tell you that you just had a spin because you locked your rears.
