We had an absolutely amazing time here with our kids and their friends! The staff were super friendly and helpful throughout the entire visit, which made the experience even better. There were lots of session options, and each one had its own unique theme and setup — it felt like stepping into different worlds! The venue was clean and modern, and the karts seemed very high-tech with lots of control options. One feature we really appreciated was the built-in sensor that slows the kart down automatically if a child accidentally drives into a wall — such a great safety touch! It wasn’t just a simple driving session — it felt like being inside a real-life Mario Kart video game! Our kids said it was way better than any go-kart place they've been to with vacation care. We originally planned to do just one session but ended up staying for three! Definitely planning to come back with the whole family next time!

This isn't just regular go-karting; the interactive elements and 'battle' modes take the experience to a whole new level of fun—it was the perfect birthday treat! ​The track itself is excellent—well-maintained, challenging, and perfect for getting your competitive spirit going. The karts are fast, responsive, and easy to control. What truly sets Battlekarts apart is the addition of power-ups and interactive racing. Getting a boost or slowing down your friends with a virtual attack adds so much excitement and strategy to every lap, wish it was longer than 15 mins ​The staff were all super friendly, enthusiastic, and helpful, providing clear instructions and ensuring everyone was safe while still having a great time. They made the birthday boy feel special! The whole facility is clean and well-organized, making the check-in and briefing process smooth and efficient. ​Whether you're looking for a fantastic birthday party venue, a memorable family activity, or a unique corporate event, I highly recommend checking out Battlekarts Tuggerah. Absolutely incredible, one of the most fun places for family’s and couples traveled 2 hours from Sydney and was so worth it from the amazing interactive games helpful staff music and lights, Angus one of the staff members was so informative & polite we watched him assist family’s and people with limited mobility feel all inclusive with one on one upstanding service. he offered to join in our game as it was only me and my partner, made it 1000X better and competitive was so fun we booked another session right after and temping to book a 3rd. Thank you Angus you made our experience one of a kind !! We will be back.
